Order Process

How to Order
To place an order, contact our order department and provide the required finish size, quantity and hardness, and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to provide you with a written quotation. If you already have a quotation that has not expired, just reference your quotation number. We provide sales confirmations to all orders within 24 hours of purchasing.

Delivery/Shipping
All shipments are FOB Detroit. In some cases we may deliver at no charge. This must be setup in advance and only for local deliveries. We can ship using our own contracted carrier or if you have a preferred carrier we can use at your discretion. If your company qualifies it may be possible to establish a prepay and add under special circumstances.
